Our hiring process.
No excessive interviews
We like to move quickly when hiring. There are typically 3 rounds of interviews, including one with a co-founder.
Simple and streamlined
Cover letters are never necessary for our positions, and we aim to keep skills assessments and take-home assignments to a minimum.
