We couldn’t agree more.
Architosh recently took a closer look at Part3 and why construction administration deserves software built around the architect’s workflow — not borrowed from the contractor’s.
A few things they highlighted:
→ A CA platform built for architects and prime consultants
→ RFIs, submittals, field reports, drawings and specs in one place
→ Procore integration that lets architects keep control of their own project record
→ AI that supports the review process, including our Submittal Assistant
→ A simple, approachable experience for teams doing the actual work
Their conclusion? Part3 is addressing a very real problem: architects need to own their CA data, workflows and project record — even when the GC runs the project through another platform.
